Green Lemonade
1 head romaine hearts
5-6 stalks kale
1 lemon (peel removed)
1-2 small apples
1 slice ginger
put all through your juicer
you may add ice
This is my favorite green juice recipe by far!

- I am a 51 year old woman. two years ago I was diagnoised with stage 3 uterine cancer. I have been on a quest to get to optimum health. Four months ago I became a raw foodist. Which means that most(90%) of my nutrition comes from fresh, uncooked fruits and vegatables. I do eat an occassional egg, fish and goat cheese. I enjoy my daily workout( water arobics and yoga), walking with my dogs and gardening.
